Fellowship Opportunities

At UPC, we believe it’s important for believers to gather regularly. God’s word urges us to connect, learn from one another and encourage one another in prayer until Jesus returns. No matter what your age and gender, we offer many opportunities to grow in Christian fellowship.

Presbyterian Women
Presbyterian Women participate in one of two circles. Each is different in its mission opportunities and fellowship offerings.

Circle Beth

  • Meets each Tuesday from 8:30-11:30 a.m. upstairs in the office building (Westminster Hall, 702 Greenwood)
  • Activities include quilting, sewing and devotional time
Circle Gloria Dei
  • Meets every second Tuesday from September through May at 7 p.m. in the Kissinger House (708 Greenwood), with the exception of the first meeting in September. (September's meeting is a potluck dinner, and is held in the fellowship hall.)
  • Activities include fellowship, dessert and Bible study

Presbyterian Men
Our men's fellowship group gathers every third Wednesday of the month at a local restaurant for food and camaraderie. Participants also assist church and community members by providing home repair assistance, lawn care and transportation to medical appointments.

Lighthouse Keepers
Lighthouse Keepers is a fellowship group of single and married adults who gather monthly for a potluck dinner, local program and brief business meeting. Members are divided into “boats,” and each serves as host for the meetings throughout the year. In the spirit of service, Lighthouse Keepers holds an annual fundraising event to benefit the church youth. Funds are used for summer camp scholarships and mission trip assistance.
